Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any Muzzish application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Muzzish. We recommend that you save or print a copy of these Terms for your records.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Muzzish. If you are under 18 (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the service, and they must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

By using Muzzish, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

While some features may be available without an account, full access to Muzzish requires creating an account. One account provides access across all our platforms (web, browser extensions, iOS, and Android).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security at security@muzzish.com.

Muzzish provides a suite of cross-platform applications designed to enhance your digital workflow. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Browser extensions (available for Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox)
• Mobile applications (available on iOS via the App Store and Android via Google Play)
• Web-based applications accessible via supported browsers
• Cross-device data synchronization connected to your Muzzish account

We continually update and improve our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

Muzzish offers both free and paid subscription plans to meet your needs:

• Free Plan: Basic access to our core features.
• Muzzish+ Plan: Full access to all premium features across all apps for $12/month or $9/month (billed annually).
• Per App Plan: A la carte premium features for specific platforms ranging from $3 to $10 per app.

Billing & Renewals: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the applicable billing cycle. Your payment method on file will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

When you access Muzzish through third-party platforms (Google Play Store, Apple App Store, Chrome Web Store, Microsoft Edge Add-ons, Firefox Add-ons), you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Muzzish, not the third-party platform.

Muzzish is solely responsible for our applications and their content. However, your use of our apps must also comply with the respective third-party platform's terms of service.

In-App Purchases: If you purchase a subscription through a third-party app store (like Apple or Google), your purchase is subject to that platform's payment terms and policies. Any billing issues, refunds, or cancellation requests for such purchases must be handled directly with the respective app store. The third-party store's terms take precedence for those specific transactions.

You agree to use Muzzish only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use our service to transmit harmful code, malware, or spam.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on Muzzish.
• Use the service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these rules, including suspending or terminating your account.

The Muzzish service, including its software, interfaces, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by Muzzish and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our applications for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in our service.

You retain full ownership of any data, content, or materials you submit or create using Muzzish. We do not claim ownership of your data, and we do not sell your personal data to third parties.

By using our cross-device synchronization features, you grant us the necessary permissions to store, transmit, and process your data across our servers solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

While we strive to provide reliable and continuous service, we do not guarantee that Muzzish will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors. Our services are provided "as is" and we may experience hardware, software, or other issues resulting in downtime.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of Muzzish at our discretion. We will attempt to provide reasonable notice for significant changes that materially impact your use of the service.

You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling all Muzzish applications from your devices. You can request account deletion from within the app settings or by contacting support.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Muzzish if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activities, or if we are required to do so by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases, and we may delete your synced data from our servers. Certain provisions of these Terms, such as Intellectual Property and Limitations of Liability, will survive termination.

MUZZISH IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MUZZISH, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

Informal Resolution: If you have an issue with Muzzish, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally before pursuing any formal legal action.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local or national laws (jurisdiction to be determined based on entity registration), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

No Class Actions: You may only resolve disputes with us on an individual basis, and may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or a class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
